'No fault - No quibble' returns within 14 days of delivery. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition along with full packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. The goods must be in original condition & returned with full packaging including accessories or anything else that was included. Credit/Debit card refunds will be made providing we are satisfied that the goods are in an acceptable condition. Please bear in mind that only the cost of the goods will be refunded, the customer will have to pay the carriage costs unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part in which case we will pay for post and packaging. Note that some of the weight of our products may not be correct and we do not take any responsibility for any post & packaging deemed to be too high by the customer. Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days. If there is a fault with your product you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will replace the product or refund your money when the product is returned in original condition and complete, together with any accessories and in its original box and packaging. Our promise is to replace any product or refund your money, but this does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse (If goods are not sent by registered post, we cannot be held responsible if they do not reach us). A copy of the purchase invoice (Proof of Purchase) must accompany any returned product and we must be notified via email. Please make sure parcels are adequately protected for transportation as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit being sent to us by a third party.
